Website access
The site itself does not set tracking cookies or store visitor submissions. Static hosting infrastructure may process technical request data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp and security events to deliver and protect the site. The production host and its applicable retention terms must be confirmed at launch.
If you contact CMI by email, the message and associated metadata will be processed by the sender’s and recipient’s email providers. The operational provider, retention policy, lawful basis and deletion contact must be documented once institutional email is configured.
External services
The site includes no embedded maps, social feeds, analytics or third-party scripts. Its optional institutional animation is self-hosted and does not contact a third-party video platform. A normal link to an external site is governed by that site’s own privacy terms after you follow it.
Your rights and contact
Formal controller details and a data-rights contact will be published with the confirmed legal structure. Until then, privacy enquiries may be sent to contact@civicmethod.eu, but the mailbox must be confirmed operational before it is treated as a reliable contact channel.
